History has been the witness, that freedom is always snatched and not given in alms. Almost every country(except a few) had been a victim of foreign oppression at some point of time in the history. Millions of peoples have lost their lives in the battle of independence of their motherland.
But the question now arises is that, are we really a free person or a free society or do we really value our independence. Keeping aside few communist countries, do democratic countries really value their citizens freedom, or their right to know everything that's been planned and executed behind the closed doors, and which only serves the purpose of few.
we don't know what we as human beings want, because according to researches, human beings have a tendency to work more efficiently under a leader, whom they can look upon to and seek guidance. Thus, the whole idea of being a complete free and independent person seems absurd.But, if you think otherwise, then just one fine day, say something negative about any political person or entity in front of them in public.... you will get your reward within a week.
